Hands over the City

At the instigation of the developer Nottola, the Naples City Council is using agricultural land to launch a massive property development scheme. Speculators are profiting from the scheme, but the proximity of the building site causes an old house to collapse, killing a child, which sparks fierce controversy within the city council as new elections loom.
