Mobilisation for equal employment in culture!

January 2023, Audiens launches the Equality Activator for employment in the cultural sector. In April, the Minister for Culture made the announcement at the National Disability Conference. Why such a mobilisation? Audiens and its partners - trade unions and employers' organisations, the Ministry of Culture and Agefiph - look back over the past six months, their expectations, the progress made and the initial results. On this occasion, a tool will be presented, the 1st act of the Activator!
