Transit: a state of transformation, a thwarted or strengthened identity?

The aim of this meeting, led by the Ceméa, is to establish a dialogue between the artists present in the program and philosophers and researchers of national or international stature from our territory. The crossed experiences allow us to see the reflection at work during a discussion.

While working on an adaptation of Anna Seghers' novel about exile, director Amir Reza Koohestani was arrested in a European airport. The play, performed by four actresses, combines personal narrative and mise en abyme, connecting two historical periods and several languages. A journey through time and space, with the question of identity as a thread. A reflection on the notion of body and thought in movement. how to approach these phases of transit that everyone goes through at any age, according to multiple contexts? How do artists feed or not on this state?
