Nicole Genovese

Author, director, and actress Nicole Genovese invites people into her joyful and invigorating world, always full of humour and absurdity. In 2014, she wrote Ciel ! Mon placard, a play in which she paid homage to the golden age of boulevard theatre in the 1970s and 80s. She followed it up with Le Rêve et la plainte, in which a chatty picnic became the best way to kill time while waiting for the end of the world. In November 2026, Diskoteekki will be presented at Théâtre du Rond-Point in Paris, a creation developed in partnership with the Percussions de Strasbourg.
