Presentation

Kim Sohee is a high school student with a strong-willed character. For her end-of-year work placement, she joins a call centre run by Korea Telecom. Within a few months, her morale plummets under the strain of degrading working conditions and targets that are becoming increasingly difficult to meet.  
 
A series of suspicious incidents within the company catches the attention of the local authorities. In charge of the investigation, Inspector Yoo-jin is deeply shaken by what she uncovers. Alone, she challenges the system.
