Since 2012, the Saze town hall has worked with the Festival d'Avignon and hosted its travelling shows. Shows by Josef Nadj, Nathalie Garraud and Olivier Saccomano, Olivier Martin-Salvan, Olivier Py, Robin Renucci and Nicolas Stavy, and Didier Galas and Irène Bonnaud (for the 73rd edition) have been performed in Saze. With the goal of introducing the inhabitants of the Grand Avignon to contemporary creation, the Festival d'Avignon partnered with the Sidscavar and the town of Saze in 2014 and 2015 to create more flexible school schedules.
