Fascinated by what she calls “choreographic recycling,”, Olga Dukhovna explores the topic from a legal perspective in this dance conference. Accompanied by a legal expert, she asks countless questions: Is one allowed to reproduce a dance if they slow it down or speed it up? If they parody it? Where does homage end? And where does plagiarism begin? Based on the answers, the choreographer creates a live performance before the audience’s eyes... all within the boundaries of the law.
