This event, proposed by the AFD, invites participants to exchange views on the role of cultural cooperation projects in developing long-term partnerships between African and French stakeholders, as well as on the economic and social impact of these projects for and with local populations.
Speakers involved in projects in Guinea, Senegal, Rwanda, and France will share their experiences on the key factors that foster cultural cooperation that is both equitable and transformative.
The discussion will naturally continue during the follow-up professional meeting organized by Relais Culture Europe.
