Professional inclusion in the performing arts: instructions for use!

Symmetry of attention must be at the heart of artistic projects. This is a major challenge if the performing arts are to remain "alive", if the promoters of artistic projects are to play their role as responsible employers to the full, and if supply and demand are to come together in a way that is more in tune with what society is and what "makes society" today.
