The 7th Rencontres acte II presented at the Philharmonie de Paris highlighted the sometimes uncomfortable position of technical managers within cultural institutions in France. On the occasion of the release of the proceedings of these meetings, Réditec intends to question the place of technical managers within management committees and the sharing of responsibility, together.
