  • Making Waves Avignon

Widespread fatigue, frayed nerves, the pressure to succeed, anxiety about the future: something in our lives is wearing down our bodies before they’ve even begun to age. Caught up in overwhelming rhythms, judgmental stares, attention-grabbing distractions, and constantly reignited desires, young people are expected to be resilient, adaptable, and eager—even as everything around them is in flux. How can we hold on without becoming hardened? How can we counter this wear and tear with new ways of being there for one another?

Guests: Hortense Archambault (director of MC93) and Thibaut Perrenoud (theater director)
Music: Léopoldine HH
