Mohamed El Khatib

Author and director Mohamed El Khatib combines theatre with other media (cinema, installations, literature, etc.) and pursues multidisciplinary endeavours to develop “documentary fiction” projects. Following an aborted career in football and studies in literature and sociology, he founded the Zirlib collective, which sees contemporary creation as both a sensitive and social act. He presented La vie secrète des vieux at the Festival d’Avignon in 2024.
