Jan Martens
After training at the Fontys dance academy (Netherlands) and at the Artesis Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp, Jan Martens worked with many choreographers before creating his first shows. He has been invited to the Festival d’Avignon many times, including in 2021 when he presented Any attempt will end in crashed bodies and shattered bones in the courtyard of the Lycée Saint-Joseph with dancers aged 17 to 70. He is one of the four choreographers of the Belgian platform GRIP HOUSE.
