FDeeply committed to the world of dance since its inception, the House of Fine Jewellery reaffirmed its commitment to the art of choreography in 2020 with the launch of Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels.
Since its launch, the programme has supported numerous dance companies in the creation of their works, as well as the institutions that present them on the international stage. This initiative is reinforced by the Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festival, held in various cities around the world.
In addition to this support for creation and dissemination, increasing importance is being placed on the issues of transmission and education. Together with its partners, Dance Reflections organises residencies for professional dancers and awareness-raising activities for everyone to engage with choreographic culture. Driven by the values of creation, transmission and education, this programme forms part of a series of initiatives led by Van Cleef & Arpels. These include, in particular, the School of Jewellery Arts founded in 2012, and the ‘de Mains en mains’ event, which offers an insight into the jewellery trades.

As a major sponsor of the FabricA du Festival d’Avignon since 2024, the Fonds AXA pour le Progrès humain , alongside Tiago Rodrigues, Director of the Festival d’Avignon, as well as AXA’s general agents and staff, reaffirms its commitment to contemporary artistic creation that promotes intercultural dialogue and engages with society.

A unique space for artistic experimentation situated at the heart of the Cité, the FabricA contributes to the influence of the contemporary arts scene by offering artists a stimulating and innovative workspace. It also serves as a powerful lever for social cohesion, fostering exchanges between communities and, through arts education, raising awareness among younger generations of careers in the performing arts.

A true bridge between culture and society, the FabricA runs workshops and residencies throughout the year for numerous associations supported by the AXA Fund. A prime example is the residency enjoyed by the Maison des Femmes d’Avignon during the 2025 edition, which concretely illustrates the role of art in fostering societal resilience.

Through this support, the Fonds AXA pour le Progrès humain reinforces its role as an incubator for artistic creation and as a committed advocate for a culture that is open, accessible and deeply inclusive.
