Les Assises de la diversité 

The Assises de la diversité are a response to the urgency of giving voice and visiblity to minorities in the public sphere. Bringing together actors of the performing arts, they aim to analyse the obstacles to the representation of marginalised groups and to offer concrete solutions, with the goal of producing a study report led by the Institut Troisième Lieu in order to support cultural actors and institutions in objectivising the situation and in establishing, adjusting, or strengthening tools for action. 

With Patricia Allio author and director, associated with the Théâtre Nationale de Bretagne, Yinka Esi Graves creator of The Disappearing Act, Penda Diouf playwright, founder of Jeunes Textes en liberté, Claire Stavaux publisher and director of l'Arche, director of l'Arche, Agnès Saal Senior civil servant at the Ministry of Culture, Marine Bachelot Nguyen author and director, Pauline Legros representative of the Faar collective committed to intersectionality in live performance.
