Act 3 of "What kind of performing arts in 2050?" What power will artists have in institutions, what role will they play in programming and budgeting? Will creation dictate artistic choices? What type of operational management of venues will be devised, and what skills and training will be required (a theme devised in conjunction with the DGCA of the Ministry of Culture)? Will women's rights and cultural diversity mean the end of inequality?
