Valérie Dréville

A student of Antoine Vitez at the École de Chaillot, a graduate of the Conservatoire national supérieur d’art dramatique de Paris, and a former actress at the Comédie-Française, Valérie Dréville has worked with the greatest directors and filmmakers (Claude Régy, Alain Françon, Jean-Luc Godard, Alain Resnais, etc.). At the Festival d’Avignon, she’s appeared under the direction of Vitez in Le Soulier de satin or Anatoli Vassiliev in Heiner Müller’s Medea Material. An artist associate with the Festival in 2008, she presented Claudel’s Partage de midi. Guy Cassiers directed her in Kae Tempest’s Tiresias.
