Phia Ménard

Phia Ménard studied juggling, drama, and contemporary dance before founding the Non Nova company in 1998. Her research on the “Complementary Unjugglability of Elements” has led her to explore ice, water, air, and their influence on human behaviour. Her Immoral Tales trilogy, which includes Mother House, created for documenta 14 in Kassel in 2017, continues the organic cycle begun in shows like VORTEX (2011), Belle d’Hier (2015), or Dry Season, performed in Avignon in 2018.
