The place

Built in the 19th century by Jesuits on the site of the Cordeliers convent, the lycée Saint-Joseph is a key venue of the Festival d'Avignon. Every summer, its large square courtyard welcomes a large open-air stage with a 750 seating area.

The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility who are accompanied. Adapted seats are available in the auditorium, subject to reservation when you buy your ticket. Disabled access is via the main entrance. There is a slope for access. Seating is available. There are no adapted toilets on this site.
