Leningrad. One summer in the early 1980s when Lou Reed and David Bowie records were being smuggled in, Mike and his wife, the beautiful Natacha, met the young Viktor Tsoï, future leader of the band Kino. Surrounded by a new generation of musicians, they will change the course of rock'n'roll in the Soviet Union.
