Colonel Honorine works within the Congolese police, where she is tasked with children protection and dealing with sexual violence. While she has worked for 15 years in Bukavu, in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, she now learns that she is to be transferred to Kisangani. There, she has to face new challenges. Through the portrait of this exceptional woman fighting for justice, the film tackles the question of violence against women and children in the DRC. It was awarded the Grand Prix Cinéma du réel last April.
