Tim Crouch
Using his own experience as an actor as inspiration, British playwright Tim Crouch wrote his first play, My Arm, in 2003. Since then, he has created a conceptual theatre focused on the audience and on language through a dozen shows which are so many formal experiments and which he often performs himself. Rarely performed in France in spite of his international success, he comes to the Festival d’Avignon for the first time in 2023 with two of his plays, created 17 years apart.
