Sophie Linsmaux
Sophie Linsmaux is a Belgian artist. She co-created the company Still Life with Aurelio Mergola. Intuitively at first, then with more and more acuity, they developed a visual and carefully written theater. Without words, they depict a world in which everything is going tremendously badly. Their plays, amputated of all words, question a world in which a jeopardized humanity tries at all costs to find a meaning and a necessity. The company Still Life is associate artist at the Théâtre Les Tanneurs, Brussels.
