Q&A – Slot-Based Online Sales

To ensure smooth access and prevent the website from becoming overloaded, online ticket sales this year operate via purchase slots. Once registered, each audience member has a dedicated time window in which to make their purchases.

Before the slot: registration and preparation

Registration takes place online at creneaux.festival-avignon.com by selecting an available slot. Once submitted, a confirmation email is sent. Your registration will be complete once you have clicked on the confirmation link in the email you received.

An email is sent 24 hours before the slot begins.
This email contains a personal link, which can only be used once, giving access to the online ticketing website at the time of the slot.

No. Only one registration per email address is accepted.
Multiple registrations are automatically cancelled.

No. Once registration is confirmed, the slot cannot be changed.

No. Creating a Mon Festival account is not required to register for a slot.

However, it is recommended to check login details or create an account before the 12th April, as this saves valuable time when making a purchase.

On the day: access and how it works

Each slot lasts 2 hours, between the start and end times indicated.

The ticketing website is the same as in previous years and the purchasing process is unchanged. The slot is simply a reserved time window in which to access the ticketing website and place an order.

The personal link received by email allows one single order to be placed during the slot.

No. It is possible to connect at any point during the two-hour slot. For the most in-demand performances, connecting at the start of the slot is recommended.

At the end of the slot, the session is automatically closed and the basket cleared. It is advisable to complete all purchases before the slot ends.

No. The link is strictly personal and can only be used once.
Any use by a third party may result in permanent loss of access to the slot.

If the slot is missed, access is lost. No replacement slot can be offered.

At the indicated end time, the session is automatically closed and access to the online ticketing website is no longer possible.

Using a single device and a single browser is recommended to ensure the system works correctly.

Purchasing tickets

Yes. Several performances and dates can be booked during a single slot.

The personal link received by email allows one single order to be placed during the slot.

Tickets can be purchased up to the maximum number permitted per performance.

Tickets added to the basket are temporarily held during the session. To secure them, the order must be completed and payment made before the slot ends.

The personal link allows only one single order to be placed during the slot. Once payment has been completed, tickets are available in the Mon Festival account.

The same number of tickets is made available at the start of each slot.

Certain performances with very limited capacity (fewer than 200 seats) will not be included in the slot-based sale: La Chartreuse-Cnes de Villeneuve lez Avignon, Jardin de la Vierge du lycée Saint-Joseph, Les Hivernales – CDNC d'Avignon, and Mahabharata – Bar du Festival.

The same number of tickets is made available at the start of each slot. The slot system guarantees access to the online ticketing website. Tickets are available for each performance, but certain dates may be unavailable.
