Preambule
The Festival d'Avignon has introduced a slot-based purchasing system to ensure smooth access to the ticketing website and prevent server overload.
Registering for a slot implies full acceptance of these General Terms of Use.
1. How It Works
Available slots can be accessed at creneaux.festival-avignon.com
Step 1 – Selecting a slot
Click on the available slot of your choice
Enter your email address, surname and first name
Confirm
A confirmation request email is sent automatically.
Step 2 – Confirming registration
Click on Confirm my slot registration in the email
Confirm
A registration confirmation email is sent automatically.
Step 3 – Accessing the slot
An email is sent automatically 24 hours before the slot begins
Click on Access my slot in the email
2. Terms of Use
A valid email address is required to register for a slot. Registration is permitted once per email address.
Please note: registering multiple times using different email addresses is strongly discouraged in the interest of fairness.
Once registration is confirmed, it is not possible to change the date or time of a slot. A slot remains accessible for 2 hours (opening and closing at the times indicated).
Access to the online ticketing website is not possible after the closing time indicated.
The slot access link is strictly personal and may only be used once. Any use by a third party may result in permanent loss of access to the slot.
The same number of tickets is made available at the start of each slot.
Certain performances with very limited capacity (fewer than 200 seats) will not be included in the slot-based sale: La Chartreuse-Cnes de Villeneuve lez Avignon, Jardin de la Vierge du lycée Saint-Joseph, Les Hivernales – CDNC d'Avignon, and Mahabharata – Bar du Festival.
3. Personal Data — GDPR
The data collected (surname, first name, email address) will be used solely to manage slot registration and access. All data will be deleted once the final slot has taken place. No data will be shared with third parties, and no data is linked to any other Festival d'Avignon database.
