With SACRe - ESAA

Things and landscapes are two fragile elements, often forgotten and under attack. These two days show how precious they are to preserve, conserve, restore, exhibit, and how they increasingly find a place on stages and in the performing arts.

Presentation

Artists discuss how they take into account landscapes and objects in their work, and how doing so has become an urgent need. We’ll also welcome representatives of indigenous peoples from the Amazon, who are currently defending their objects, landscapes, and cosmovisions under threat. Alongside researchers, artists, and curators, the discussion will focus on the convergence of struggles, preservation, and exhibitions.
