The apocalypse, we’ve been through it before. We’ve died several times and have tirelessly come back to life, our bodies slowly erased by an orchestrated amnesia. In this final ritual, here and now, we’ll have to tear our skin up to finally remember who we’ve yet to become. Uniting orality, physicality, and musicality, the performance brings us to an in-between world, to experience a liberating ritual. Composer at the service of live performance, image and artistic installations, the artist Mawongany offers us here a sound journey in fusion with spacetime.
