More than sixty years after its creation, the Ministry of Culture seems to be in the grip of its time. Some call for its abolition. Others want it to become a strategist again. And what about artists? In 2022, after a long period of crisis that has considerably weakened creation and all the players in the sector, a debate to lay the foundations of tomorrow's public service of culture is necessary.
