Juglair

Created in 2021

2 misplaced entities who don’t give a damn about sexes. Let’s call them God(desse)s. Thrilled to confuse you, they’ll exchange the rags they use as skin, defying our binary understanding.

Presentation

Oui-oui? What about the wee-wee? And about the fanny?

2 beings evolve out of their bodies to better escape them. Scratching their skin, turning it inside out, slipping it on like a glove, they defy sexes and genders and turn into the grotesque Dragon King & Queen, turning the body into a Platonic banquet with 4 arms, 4 legs, 3 sexes or maybe none at all, and a thousand faces.

Julien Fanthou is a classical and cabaret singer, a poetry performer, and the creator of the characters of Patachtouille. His passion for creative research has led him to work with artists from many different disciplines.
