Presentation

Moussa manages to escape the slave-trader who'd made him prisoner when he meets Zarafa, a young orphaned giraffe. He promises to always watch over him, but Hassan is tasked by the Pasha of Egypt to gift the giraffe to the King of France. A series of great adventures await them...

8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23 July from 2 to 4p.m.
For children age 7 to 12 who attended that morning's screening.
With Bernard Rommelaere, director and teacher, children will be introduced to various animation techniques and given optics games.

Film only: 4€; available at the box office of the Festival d'Avignon or of the cinéma Utopia-Manutention
Groups of 12 children or more: 3€/child (free admittance for 2 adults, booking available with the (service collectivités) of the Festival d'Avignon)

Film and workshop: 7€ (sign up at the box office of the Festival d'Avignon is required)

The panels and workshops with young audiences are organised with the support of the SACD; the presence of authors is made possible by its cultural action.
