Presentation

From Tunisia to Egypt, from Syria to Libya, new revolts, insurrections and revolutions have made the world switch from current events to history. These reversals oblige the West to look  in a different way at the Arab world, which is showing extraordinary civic courage, remarkable democratic inventiveness and an attentive distance in regard to politicized Islam. What are the motivations of this mobilization that is so radically changing the situation in the Mediterranean? What constitutions will emerge from this tremendous burst of emancipation?
