Aristide Tarnagda, actor and writer, was born in 1983 in Soumagou, in Burkina Faso. In 2004, Alors Tue-Moi (So Kill Me), written at the Récréatrales, a contemporary theatre festival in Ouagadougou, met with great success. Les Larmes du Ciel d'Août (Tears of the August Sky), his fourth piece, discloses the confessions of a woman in jeopardy on the streets, where the climate is uncertain, wet with the tears of the August sky.
