Exhibition: René Char, paysages premiers

Presentation

The exhibition consists of about forty works by landmark painters of the 20th Century (such as de Staël, Picasso, Braque, Miró, Giacometti and Zao Wou-Ki), original manuscripts, rare books as well as many documents, photographs and pebbles painted by the poet. They together provide a unique occasion to grasp the sometimes invisible links between the real spaces and imaginary places in René Char's works
