In parallel with his production of Les Philosophes inspired by Bruno Schulz, Josef Nadj made ink drawings which are like a personal diary written with a quill. Small windows open onto his imagination taking us from one world to another, where there is no rest and where every being (animal or human) may hide - under a table or on themselves or behind a wall – another reality. The Centre Region of France which supports Josef Nadj's oeuvre these works to the visitors at the Avignon Festival.
