Les riches reprennent confiance tells the tale of the irresistible collapse of Bruno Sobin, a one of those wheeler-dealers of the end of the 20th Century, swallowing in a gluttonous way all sorts of business, one of those frogs who thought he was bigger than the buffalo, like in La Fontaine's Fable. It is a play of black humour. There are no goodies, no baddies in this world of skulduggery. Families tear each other apart, friends betray each other, money goes around, intangible, odourless.... Quite an era.... But is it over ? Some built empires, but, Sobin played too far...
