A private mansion built in the 18th century and acquired by the city of Avignon in 1833, the Calvet Museum opens its doors every summer to the Festival d'Avignon. Its large courtyard and the shade of its ancient plane trees welcome various shows, concerts and public readings, in partnership with France Culture.
