Sung Im Her

Born in South Korea, award-winning choreographer Sung Im Her holds a master’s degree in contemporary dance from Hansung University and trained at P.A.R.T.S. in Belgium. She has worked with leading companies including Ji-Gu Dance Theater, Les ballets C de la B, Needcompany, Abattoir Fermé and Opéra de Lille. Now based in the UK, she creates bold, interdisciplinary works (You Are Okay!, Human Wall, Nutcrusher, W.A.Y,...). The Guardian named her one of the “stage sensations to watch” in 2023.
