Nathalie Béasse
A graduate of the École des Beaux-Arts and of the Conservatoire d’art dramatique in Angers, Nathalie Béasse also studied the performing arts at the Braunschweig University of Arts in Germany. Her work brings together theatre, dance, and the visual arts. Her shows, such as happy child, wonderful world, tout semblait immobile, roses, le bruit des arbres qui tombent, or aux éclats, all see the stage as a place of performance where reality and imagination collide. In 2011, her company opened a shared space for artistic residencies in Angers. In 2017, the company performed at the Venice Biennale. This is Nathalie Béasse’s first time at the Festival d’Avignon.
