Liquid Sound

Founded in 2015, Liquid Sound explores a contemporary aesthetic rooted in traditional Korean arts. By deconstructing ancestral narrative structures, it focuses on sound texture and spatial dynamics. Active on European stages (France, Italy, Hungary), it develops international collaborations between traditional music and Western vocal practices. It continues to build a distinctive artistic world, reworking classical aesthetics through an avant-garde sensibility. 

Inbo Lee is a director trained in traditional music (Korea) and performing arts (France). As director of Liquid Sound, he has staged major works on national stages. He deconstructs ancestral codes to reveal a bold, avant-garde sonic and spatial aesthetic.
