Every year in July, Avignon turns into a city-theatre, welcoming hundreds of thousands of spectators. The human concentration due to this event is a source of pressure on the environment we can no longer ignore. Professionals from various backgrounds (festivals, local organisers, academics) give their point of view on this question.
