Presentation

In July 2013, together with the SNSP and France Festivals, the FNCC signed a charter setting out the guiding principles for the implementation of cultural policies in the territories, as well as the responsibilities of each party. The new signature, 10 years on, reflects the desire of those who drafted it to re-examine the values they uphold in the light of the upheavals the sector has undergone in recent years and the new challenges it faces.
