Ricardo Mosner was born in Buenos Aires in 1948. He lives and works in Paris. Between 1970 and 1980 he created and performed in twenty shows with his company, Le Théâtre en Poudre (Powder Theatre). Painter, sculptor and engraver, Ricardo Mosner has taken part in many collective exhibitions, including : Les Ateliers de l'ARC at the Museum of Modern Art, at the Paris Biennial in 1985, the Americas Triennial, the Murs Peints (Murals) at the Pompidou Centre Paris and the Netherlands Sculpture Biennial. He designed the 1999 Festival poster.
