During the Festival, ticket sales stop 5 hours before each performance. They resume 1 hour before the show, at the show’s venue, while tickets last. Passes are not sold at the venues, but pass holders will pay the appropriate reduced price.

PASS CULTURE AVIGNON

Holders of the Culture Pass of the City of Avignon, take part in new events, in free access (within the limits of available places):

Modalities: reservation with the public relations department of the Festival d'Avignon at groupe@festival-avignon.com with a photo of your Culture Pass.

Pick up your ticket on site, from 45 minutes before the beginning of the show, always on presentation of your Culture Pass.

PASS CULTURE DU MINISTÈRE

Young people aged 15 to 18 are given a wallet that they can spend on cultural activities via the Ministry's Pass Culture app: pass.culture.fr

We invite you to download the Festival d’Avignon application and activate the notifications to be informed when tickets are put back on sale on the Internet. Available on Google Play and on the App Store.

I am at a show venue

Here is the list of objects prohibited in the room in application of the Vigipirate plan:

  • large bags,

  • travel backpacks, suitcases,

  • helmets,

  • firearms, bladed weapons (even dummies),

  • any sharp object: knives, scissors, etc,

  • any glass or plastic bottle, any opaque container: thermos, can.

  • any aerosol or pressurized bottle,

  • toxic or chemical products,

  • flammable liquids,

  • fireworks and derivatives (firecrackers, Bengal lights, distress rockets, etc.)

Only 0.5 liter clear water bottles are allowed as well as water bottles whose content can be checked (the receptionists will ask you to drink a small quantity).

When seating is numbered: your seat is indicated on your ticket.

The halls are numbered as follows: each row is indicated by a letter (A, B, C...). Each seat has a number (even: 2, 4, 6, 8... and odd: 1, 3, 5, 7...).

Please note that seating is no longer guaranteed 5 minutes before the start of each performance.

It is forbidden to photograph, film or record all or part of the show. A message to this effect is broadcast before the beginning of each performance. However, a tolerance is granted, at the time of the bows.

Yes, however, all children must have a ticket and will not be allowed on their laps or in a sling.

However, we ask that you be careful about the content of the show, the sound level or strobe effects (please refer to the precautionary notes) and the placement.

No dress code is required.

We do not provide a locker room.

It is possible to eat at certain places, which are indicated in the program and on our website.

Please note that you cannot bring food to the shows.

Rain only affects outdoor shows. If we decide that the show cannot take place, you will be informed by email and/or text message of the terms of postponement and refund.
