Samuel Achache
An actor by training, Samuel Achache creates his own form of musical theatre, bringing together actors, musicians, and singers. With Jeanne Candel, he has directed Le Crocodile trompeur, Orfeo / Je suis mort en Arcadie, and La Chute de la maison, before becoming co-director of the Théâtre de l’Aquarium from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, he founded his company La Sourde, which focuses on creating productions that play with the codes of the concert, such as their Concerto contre piano et orchestre in 2021, or La Symphonie tombée du ciel in 2024. At the Festival d’Avignon, he has presented Fugue in 2015 and Sans tambour in 2022.
