Pauline Bayle

Trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d’art dramatique (CNSAD), Pauline Bayle is an actress, writer, and director. After founding her company in 2011, she decided to tackle literature, adapting Homer’s Iliad and Odyssey, Honoré de Balzac’s Illusions perdues, or Leïla Slimani’s Lullaby at the Comédie-Française in 2019. She has also worked for the opera (Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo at the Opéra Comique in 2021). In January 2022, she was appointed director of the Théâtre Public de Montreuil, Centre dramatique national.
