Olivia Rosenthal

A novelist who has received many prizes, notably that of the 2011 Livre Inter for What Do Reindeer Do after Christmas?, Olivia Rosenthal probes the oral dimension that all writing conceals. So she has created sound plays (Cold Meat and Paris-la-Santé Prison) and has opened up to other artistic territories – cinematographic, theatrical, choreographic or plastic – as so many ways to vary her language and attempt to anchor it in the public space. It is for a very personal project that she has called on Chloé Moglia, a trapeze artist by training who works on notions of the void, risk and vertigo. Chloé Moglia has created several plays in the Cie Moglice – Von Verx, then Rhizome, and has worked with several choreographers including Héla Fattoumi, Éric Lamoureux and Kitsou Dubois.
