Maud Blandel

A dancer trained in direction (La Manufacture) and plastic arts (HEAD), Maud Blandel founded her company in 2015 in Lausanne. As a choreographer, she’s developed a language which finds its inspiration as much at the borders between art, anthropology, and cultural studies as in music writing. Her taste for transformation and her focus on musicality have driven her to create powerfully composed choreographic objects in which the phenomenons summoned onto the stage slowly start to degenerate.
